Perhaps your company is already struggling to find adequate and sufficient talent to help grow your business. You can help us ensure some of the youth in Africa start familiarising themselves and honing their digital skills, early. Then they have a foundation to build their “one day soon” contribution to the global digital economy. The sooner they become comfortable with all things digital, the easier they leap into further learning and moving into solid, contributing members of society.

Setting the program up for success
Waloyo sets up each program for success, as we:
Work with credible and reputable participating organisations who are already working with youth.
Designed processes to only proceed with fully funded programs. We don’t start until a year’s funding is secured. This means we can deliver on the 12 month commitments that we and the participating organisation make to you, the funder.
Work with credible local partners to supply affordable equipment and services. Your donation will not only help the youth but also grow businesses in Africa.
Collaboration is key and in return for equipment and program access, the participating organisation commits to securing the equipment, internet access and to encourage regular attendance.
Provide monthly and annual monitoring and evaluation feedback to you confirming the impact of your valued contribution.
The Waloyo coding for youth program:
Builds future skills that will help today’s youth to actively participate in the global economy.
Teach critical thinking and problem solving, skills they can immediately apply in their own lives.
Through the training they learn to collaborate, communicate and lead – skills that are helpful at any age but certainly key to building their future career.
They learn creativity and to express themselves visually.
